Looks like an instument first glance..... or the wing off something, the more you look at it the more you can imagine it being something different.
What does the whole bridge look like ???

Nice shots!

The bridge was designed as a sundial and casts a shadow in the park to
tell time. I believe it also has a glass deck to allow you to look down into
the Sacramento River. Pretty cool spot.
