Fun with Ice

Here is a untouched (Other than Crop) Ice Sickle to play with.
I know right off it needs some USM that's a given on about any pic.

What would you do in PS/CS2 to make this better?
Explain what you did.

Yeah I pop up with these little "fun to play with" things now and then.:D
Yields some interesting prospectives and everyone learns a lil too. :thumb

Truth is, it's not in great need of improvement. I sharpened it and lightened it. The yellow light, coupled with the grey background didn't feel cold enough to me so I did a straight cast removal on the light and the background turned out like this. Feels a little more crisp and cold. But mostly, it's just different.

Question is how do I improve the glint or star?:dunno

I have an Inova action but it puts a star on all shimmers.
I just wanna do it on the one point!:scratch
