:cry So i bought my mom an A410 for christmas because several of my friends have them and they are nice. Metal body with lots of bells and whistles, you know the good stuff. Well I get it in the mail the other day and I was very disappointed. It must be the "new" model because its all PLASTIC and very noisy. It also isnt as well sized for the hand. Im a little pissed. Im not sure I want to return it to Dell and get nailed for a restock fee, but this has left me saddened.....
