Been seeing all your tests with this camera and I enjoy them. Thanks! I just got my S9000 in the mail a few days ago and have been playing with it as well. Thought I would post my shot of my own test with the camera. The first is from no zoom at all. Second pic is the lens fully extracted. Third pic is lens extracted + digital zoom.

Looking at your first image I thought you were going to zoom in on the traffic light, I didn't notice the mountain on first look.
That is really fantastic!!!

It is amazing that you can carry one light camera and have such a photographic reach.
