I have noticed here that there is a huge lack of active content and no one seems to contribute like some on the larger boards do. Check your local Barnes and Noble. I know they have these little books that are red and grey that are specific to each camera and cost like 20 bucks. I will be there tonight and check on the publisher.

hey Daniel,

maybe you didn't get much of a reply b/c just before your original post, there was a thread on books for the 20d (titled "books for Canon EOS 20d"). I know at least one of the recommended books (an ebook by iNova) also has a 10d version. (http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=23670)

remember - search is your friend:D

cheers and good luck finding a book

Try shooting with it... amazing what you learn as you experiment. ;)

Crap, I had one! Sold it with my 10D this summer, but can't remember who/where it was from. Actually, maybe tmlphoto remembers (I got it from him, on dgrin). I'll shoot him a PM.

PS. the certified letter has landed :nod

will do.

I just tried looking on Amazon for a Magic Lantern Guide, except they don't seem to make one for a 10D, all the other newer Canon's are there, but no 10D.

Daniel, this is the one that I had with my 10D - can't say I really read it cover to cover, so I won't tell you its a great book, but nonetheless, its definitely more than the manual:
