This one is one from a few weeks ago I never got around to posting it. I like it because It conveys to me the buck making a choice to cross or not to cross.
Danger and gamble come to mind on this shot for me.

And this is from today, a beautiful Whitetail buck not to shabby in the antler department either.

He did not hang around for long, and took off running right after this shot.

Looks good Tim.Its almost like you and the buck were waiting to cross with him leading the way.Perfect broadside shot into the second one....ice

When I took the road crossing shot I was talking to a man walking his dog and I said I would kill for the deer crossing sign (which is about 50 meters away)to be in the shot. I am still waiting for the eventful day when I can capture a deer crossing at an "actual provincial approved" deer crossing .:rofl

Great shots there Shakey, Being a country boy and hunter myself Im getting the "Itchy finger" looking at your photos. Deer season just opened up here a few weeks ago (Alabama) and will run thru the end of January
