View Full Version : ID...some sort of wasp?

I took this this morning. He/she was tiny...to give you some idea, I shot using the 50mm on 10cm of macro tube. Then cropped the image to maybe 1/3 of the size of the original.

I think it's some sort of wasp, although I thought it was a flying ant before I looked closer...Head is very much like a wasp head. So, any ideas? Probably about 3mm long, tops.

Dppears to be a chalchid wasp , yes very tiny lol

Thanks...Yes, the apopear to include the gall wasps. :)
