Canon EX Lens

Found this lens the other day while doing some cleaning. Forgot that I had it. Did a search of Ebay and came up empty. Just wondering if the lens has any value to it? It is the screw in type. I could not find out if there is an adapter made to fit EX to EF mounts. Are there any Canon forums that deal with older canon products? Thanks.
