Domain Name Confusion

I registered a domain name www.jasonknauer.com (http://www.jasonknauer.com/) and I went through the DNS change with my registrar yahoo. The domain points me to my http://jknauer.smugmug.com (http://jknauer.smugmug.com/) and it is masked. BUT I was wondering if when I use a share link button I will ever be able to do a www.jasonknauer.com/galleries/amskje.jpg (http://www.jasonknauer.com/galleries/amskje.jpg) instead of sending someone a http://jknauer.smugmug.com/...//....

to share, either one will work. (substitute your names for mine of course)
