Try to guess what is pictured here. Except for resizing they are untouched without levels, or sharpening, or any manipulation, The other thing to note us that the first image had the camera set to ISO 320 and the second set to ISO 1600. Note the absence of grain.

Easy. That's a shot of the bar after your Hawaiian Umbrella Drink binge last night at the Kon Tiki Lounge in the basement of the Hilton.

And the absence of noise in the 1600 shot is amazing. I almost bought a mkII yesterday, until Patch talked me down. Low light performance is why I lust after one, given my lack of success shooting a club band.

To me they look like a bunch of glass flowers (just the top part) all layed out on a light table. I don't know if glass flowers is the right description though. The material I am almost certain is glass (but who knows since I wasnt there). Blown glass flowers on a light table?

I guess this is as close as we are going to get and it is very close indeed. But I am disappointed that no one picked up on my comment that, "There is a clue if you examine the shots. :noob"
It is the ceiling of the Bellagio Hotel and Casino. So now who can figure out what the clue was?

Now that you say it was a Casino, I guess the eyeball looking things are security cameras?
