Beta Uploader problems

for the las 4-5 days, have not been able to use the Beta uploader-I keep getting a message that says.."sorry, we did not receive any images..."

anyone else experiencing this situation?


also, on my homepage, i have only two galleries showing (these are not featured galleries). is there any way to always have the NEW PRODUCTION FOLDER always stay on the left side?

when i try to arrange by position, smugmug doesn't qualify the new production (or the archive) folder. instead it shows me ALL my folders and ask me which folder i want in the left hand side....i'm looking for a fix so i can assign that particular gallery window to always stay left....is this possible?

The beta uploader is having some troubles right now. The smugmug engineers are aware of it and are working on it. I won't have a chance to look up your other question until later.

It's not just the beta uploader having problems. Once I've attempted to use the beta uploader, I no longer get an option not to - I get no alternative way to upload.

In fact, last night I started a large upload using the beta uploader, which seemed to be progressing normally. This morning my computer was "hung" - had to hard-reset. (This may be unrelated - at least, that didn't repeat on my retries this morning.) On my re-tries, I get no error messages, and the little progress window moves along through all the amages, just no photo's appeaar in the galleries.
