Adding a click through ad banner at the bottom of my homepage

Hi there,

Is it possible to add a click through ad banner to the bottom of my homepage (www.the-concrete-shell.com)? Currently on the homepage, I have the bio and then new pics. The banner would need to go under the new pics part.....

Is this possible?
