Hourly Rental
Hourly Rental Rate is $30 per hour
Day Rental (8hrs) is $225
· 3 hrs required minimum when booking any shoot times
· A day constitutes 8 hrs
· Our business hours are 10 am to 6 pm Mon-Fri
· Call or email for available times out side of the business hrs.
· Sat-Sun hrs are dependent on studio availability
*Our Hourly and Day Renters must schedule their shooting times during regular business hours
* Non-Refundable Reservation Fee of 50% is required to hold your reservation.
This will be applied to the total balance of your rental rate.
Long Term Rental
*All Long Term Renters are required to sign a rental agreement of a commitment to that time.
6 Month Rental Contract
Package A 24 hrs of shooting time $350 per month (can include One weekend day)
Package B 32 hrs of shooting time $450 per month (can include 2 weekend days)
Package C 40 hrs of shooting time $550 per month (can include 2 weekend days)
12 Month Rental Contract
Package D 24 hrs of shooting time $300 per month (can include One weekend day)
Package E 32 hrs of shooting time $425 per month (can include 2 weekend days)
Package F 40 hrs of shooting time $500 per month (can include 2 weekend days)
Benefits to Long Term Rentals
*Access to the studio calendar for booking shoots
* Shoot after business hours.
*Storage is available for Long Term Renters at $ 50.00 a month.
* Long Term Agreements start at 6 and 12 months
