Heading to Yosemite -what must I photograph

I'm looking to do a short trip to Yosemite in which I will have two full days of shooting time. I'm trying to figure out the best time this Spring to go and then where should I spend my time shooting.

Any time in April or May works
I'm capable of hiking say 4 miles round trip
Day and Night photography is open
I love story telling photographs with a FG, MG and BG

Given the strong chance of a government shutdown, I'd come this weekend and enjoy the snow (it's been snowing all day)
