Breadcrumb change, assistance needed

Hi folks, I have what is hopefully a really easy question/problem that I would like some assistance with.

When I click on my Galleries link in the Navbar, and then navigate into a sub-category, the breadcrumbs don't give me the option to go back to the Galleries page, but instead only offer the homepage as the only 'back/up' navigation option. (see screenshot below)

I would like to either replace the homepage link with 'Galleries' (and obviously link it to the Galleries page), or add 'Galleries' into the breadcrumb trail.

Could someone please assist me with the code for this?
