Smugmug Outage

I just tried to log on to Smugmug. If I go to straehle.smugmug.com, I get a generic smugmug homepage. If I go to photos.strassoc.com, I get my pages, but the photos aren't there. Are you doing maintenance?

Both addresses work for me. Don't know if there was an outage, but it seems fine now.

hiya terry - i was on all afternoon doing a bunch of gallery reconfigs on my site -- from 2-630pm eastern time, i noticed no outage at all, perhaps it was a local telco issue for you?

This was just a short problem just before I wrote (~5:20 PM eastern). It was not a telco problem. As I noted, I was getting the smugmug home page, not mine or my page, but said the images were not available (depending upon the address I used). It may have just affected my (and maybe a few other) pages or if you weren't trying to access pages at the time, you wouldn't have noticed. It was OK, just seconds after I sent the message, but it was there and it was smugmug.

Maybe you just happen to be the lucky user that was connected to a server that was being worked on (I am sure they run load balanced servers). :wxwax
