I prefer the F100 mostly cos it will be a lot cheaper but def. wont mind the F5 :): A F100 body in a relatively good condition (read: use under 1 year) w/ only minor cosmetic imperfections are going for under $400.

If you or someone else has one of these on sale please let me know.. i'll need it for photography class. Thanks

Just sold my F100 two weeks ago for $350. Don't get hung up on the age of the camera. The F100 is a well built machine. As long as it has been taken care of and not abused, the age of the body should not be relevent.

I'm not hung up on the age but figured owning it for a less period of time would equal less misuse or mishandling. So it could be older but condition wise it shouldnt be like a old, abused camera.

Sorry... should have made myself clear.

Thanks for those links Seymore, but i wouldnt be comfortable trying to buy those cos they're in a diff. city hence no security if i were to pay.

But it gave me an idea to look for local sellers on that site.
