For Power and Pro users:

I see here (http://wiki.smugmug.net/display/SmugMug/Video+Help) that the maximum file size is 600MB.

I see here (http://www.smugmug.com/help/video3)that the maximum file size is 1GB

Which is correct?

Also, I have some 1080p24 footage. This is 23.976 frame rate. In one of the above references it says SM accepts 24 (Film). Do you also accept 23.976?

1Gb is correct, we'll update the wiki page.

Andy, is SM ok with 23.976 fps?Why didn't you just try it & see?

BTW The answer is "Yes" as 23.976 fps is standard NTSC video frame rate.

I asked because 24p NTSC (23.976) and 24p (Film) are two different things. I was surprised that the wiki says SM only supports 24p. I think this is not correct because I did upload a 23.976 video and it seems to have transcoded properly.

Yep, I believe we can handle them both. :)

I've tried twice now to upload this video: http://annalisa.smugmug.com/Music/Music-Videos/Solo-Music-Videos/10206254_f92Qf#1086759605_2iYsn , but only the first half shows up. It's only 6:06 min. long, so it's under the length limit. Is there some other problem with it? It stops at 2 min., 57 seconds. It's an MP4, and is 265 MB. I don't know much about video, so can't tell you any other details w/o knowing what else to tell you! This video, http://www.winsomeworks.com/Music/Music-Videos/Solo-Music-Videos/10206254_f92Qf?ao=0#1112581725_CB7mS beside it in the same gallery, is the same one. Both stopped at exactly the same place. [ETA: Ooops, I meant to put this in a new thread. Guess I can't move it myself.]

Hi Anna Lisa,

I apologize that's happening. Would you mind emailing us at the helpdesk? We may need to delve into your account to investigate this for you. Thanks, I just did that. I'm traveling, however, & may not be able to respond quickly with any more info that the helpdesk needs. But thanks for looking into it.
