add photo to gallery bug

I found a bug in the 'add photo' to 'this gallery', the one that opens a window within the gallery page.

When I drag and drop 5MB images into the window, it immediately says 'images too large'.

However, if I select the regular uploader (the one that is used for new galleries), the same images can be added to the queue just fine.

Please fix. Thanks.
