Las Vegas Question

Maybe one of our Las Vegas photographers can answer this. I'm looking to do a shoot with a musician somewhere in Las Vegas that has a good view of the strip. A high vantage point would be best. Any recommendations?

House of Blues atop the Mandalay Bay is awesome. Not sure if it is open to the public at times though. Observation deck on the Eifel Tower at Paris. Top of the Stratosphere.
