Video "Go to Gallery" bad link

Hi Everyone. Sorry if this has ben asked and answered before - I tried searching but didn't find anything.

When the video at the top of gregfuller.smugmug.com finishes playing, the user is presented with 3 icons, the first of which is a house with a tooltip of "Go To Gallery". The link is missing the first segment and therefore takes the user to a missing page: ".smugmug.com/gallery/14538318_qTDXa" which should be "gregfuller.smugmug.....". Am I missing a configuration setting or something?

I apologize that's happening! I do see that is happing for visitors to your site. Would you mind writing us at the helpdesk with this issue? We will likely need to look into your account and get this over to an engineer for further investigation.

I'm having the same problem, and have been waiting for ELEVEN HOURS with no reply from the Help Desk. Do we have a solution to this problem?

Have we replied your your helpdesk ticket? I'm not sure your email address used there but we reply to all emails received.
