I have previously enjoyed videos of my grandchildren on SmugMug but am not able to view the latest batch my daughter put up and now I am not able to view even the months previous to October.
My mother can view them on Windows 7 but I can't view them on my IE 8 on Windows XP; ditto on newest Firefox. My Flash Player is up to date on both browsers. All my caches are emptied, java is updated as well. I am baffled :dunno ! Is there anything I am missing? Must I have changed something on my computer by mistake? Can anyone help?

I wrote to a support address on SmugMug over the weekend but although I got a confirmation that they received my email, they have not sent another offering a suggestion on what to try.
