IPad and SmugMug Photo App

Lots of people still having crash problems with SM Ipad App as of Sept and Oct. Upload videos and SM says videos are saved but try to play one and video crashes and screen returns to Ipad homepage. Any ideas when SM will fix this?:scratch

I downloaded all my photos today to Ipad and saved them and have no problem. But today I tried to do the same with videos and I cannot download any videos to Ipad. After 40 minutes no videos were downloaded. However, about a month ago I could download all my videos (about 10 minutes per video) and save them. But then some of them would crash when i tried to play them. But today I cannot download any.
