Sure makes a difference getting close. These were from about 3 feet.

had back surgery and can't climb hills yet, so DW and I went around looking for birds instead.

chiggers and seed ticks.:cry Gotta spray better next time.

Beautiful shots! These little buggers have been taunting me for some time. I'll have to go out after them again now that I've seen these, but you have set the bar a bit high...

Thanks Jeff, these stupid little buggers will come in even if you're standing next to the
feeder, buzz around and even stare at you. They are so funny.
