rendering in vegas studio 10

Hi
Complete noob to SmugMug videos, so maybe here someone can help me. I am using Vegas studio Pro 10, I cen edit native H.264 mov files from 5D MarkII. If I want to upload them to SmugMug what rendering format should I use? I am talking about 1920x1080 30fps NTSC format. I want to keep it under 1G for 7-8 minutes of video. Thank you

You don't have to use that application if the one you use has those settings. That said, MPEG Streamclip is a useful app indeed:
