Hi everyone,
Just joined the family and have a few comments (wish lists) to pass on.
I was hoping to upload videos and then embed them on my web site.
I am frustrated with the way the embedded video is displayed.
First the control bar gets in the way. It will drop out but is erratic.
It will appear again and get in the way of the video, especially the
timer tab.
Second the black frame around the video is to fat. Stretching just
degrades the video and makes the progress bar more unbearable.
And finally the video replay button is displayed rather than rewinding
to the thumbnail (picture start) image.

I see others have mentioned these issues so I am hoping that there
will be some improvements coming from the really creative SmugMug
staff. They do a whole lot of things right.

I'm not sure there is anything that can be done about the black frame however, here's our wiki page which lists all of the customizations you can make to the video embed code. I believe you should find some useful options there:
