I like this scene. A little dark on my monitor, but a good treatment for it, which gives the photo more character.
You live in Marthasville? Please say hello to the owners of Scenic Cycles for me (I see they've recently moved down the trail). I'm the only bike dealer that's probably ever visited them from the Chicago area. We were there 3 years ago and rode the Katy Trail staying at some of the best B&B's we've ever been at.

Yes I'm close to Marthasville. I was just at the Katy Trail about 2 weeks ago. I see it almost daily. You are right there are some nice B&B's along the way but I've never taken the trip down the trail. Maybe I should someday. I think I'm about 5 miles from the Cycle store.
Next time you come through give a shout.

St Charles is my old home town. Haven't been there in 33yrs.
I was born in St Louis. I'll bet the ole landscape has changed a LOT over the years!!

Oh I'm sure it has a lot. I've been here for 10 years and it's changed before my eyes. I'll have to get some more photos posted.
