It doesnt look good fliped all the way over but this way looks decent .

I think it could use some retouching--cloning out the little spots and linty things on the keys.

I would also try adding some blur on a gradient. That would mimic a short DOF. Something like the attached. I didn't clean it up, only added the blur.

I like it a lot. I also like David's suggestion of giving it a narrower depth of field. If you need suggestions on how, I've just found the section in the Kelby book, I can write it down if you'd like.

Maybe I am nekulturny but I like the orignal best.
