Typo in smart gallery rule type

I just noticed that when the edit smart gallery rules page initially loads, and an exclude rule exists, the name of exclude is misspelled as "Exlcude". See image below.

Could this be the cause of the exclude rule not working bug? (http://dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=177052)
