This is a beautiful scene and the shot has potential, but needs some routine work in post.

First, straighten the horizon. That will make a world of difference right there.

Next, the buildings and water are pretty darn dark. The camera probably exposed for the sky. If you have PS/cs, you can fix easily with the highlight/shadow tool. If not, there may still be ways to do this.

Agreed, but don't go too far with the shadows. I really like the mood of the shot.

I also like the slightly gloomy mood, since after I took it, it had just stopped raining... so hows this?
