Why can someone buy my image when the Buy option is turned off

I was just checking Google Dashboard and there were a few links that were unreachable so I clicked on one just out of curiosity and to my surprise it took me to one of my images and the option to buy it. I went though the whole process, creating a card and all the way through the checkout.

This should not be happening. Here is one of the links... there are more

Yesterday I managed to get to the pay page, today I get stuck on "sorry this image is too small for your card" (I selected Buy a Card).

If I can do it again, I'll let you know.

If I can do it again, I'll let you know.I believe that creating a card is only available to the site owner when logged in. Regular viewers don't even get that menu option. Try logging out to see what your viewers see.
