I like the composition and the colors, but it looks a little soft to me. The leaves are sharper than the flower itself. Perhaps if the focus was centered on one of the blooming flowers and the rest soft it would be better.

You have a point but then again it gives the Flowers a dreamy effect :dunno :D

IMHO, I would still start with the Flower Bud in the sharpest focus, then add a gaussian blur to the whole picture. I think this would give a better "dreamy" effect. I think the main problem is that one of the leaves is pretty sharp, while the buds are OOF.

Overall nice pic though.

I'm not really seeing anything I can latch on to composition-wise. Maybe there isn't a great composition you can do on this subject :dunno. I mean there no line or threes or balance or rhythm really to be had here. Well I suppose there is a little bit of a line with the stem going from bottom left to the flowers and then something in the background continuing that line up to the top right of the frame, but it's not that strong of a feature.

The OOF bud just above and left of center is really distracting too.

I feel like I'm coming off waaaay too harsh. Sorry about that. :uhoh

Since this seems like a pretty good pile, I'll pile on :D, Besides everythin g already set, IMHO:

The frame hurts your picture. It takes away so much real estate, that it is hard to establish a good composition in what is left.
