package issues with IE 8

i have several packages setup but am having problems accessing them in IE 8...everything works in FF...in IE 8 if i select Buy > Photo Package, i get a list...but only 3 packages show up - with no scrollbar to view other packages...in FF i get a scrollbar to view the other packages....
