Growing tired of pictures not displaying

This is now the second time I've experienced this issue and quite frankly, I'm growing tired of it....

I can be working in a gallery and when I go to view, I'm told there are no pictures in it when I know full and well there WERE pictures there. For example, my 2010 Project 365 has many months of daily pictures, but there not showing now and the message says it's an empty gallery.

Can you PLEASE fix this recurring issue? You've got a great product for the most part, but really does present some issues.

So here we are 10 minutes later and 'poof', the highly technical term, they display. Can anyone shed some light as to what might be happening? It's almost as if my gallery index disappears, then gets regenerated.

Can you contact us on the help desk when this happens? I may not look at this forum in time to catch it when it is happening. We need to check a bunch of things to figure out what might be causing it. Doing that from the help desk will be easier. We do want to figure out what is causing it.
