Embed video in external website

I read the form aboud the embedding in external website but the link within share is á link for the html website, can I embed the film in á flash website???

This will really depend on the whether or not the website allows it. I can tell you our video embeds are Flash but if your website is all Flash, it may not have a facility to embed our Flash video.
