Can't Upload .MOV File

I'm trying to upload a video file .mov and am getting an error message "bad or unsupported file type". Uploaded to YouTube fine. I'm using Vista and have other .mov files uploaded.

Hi Jill,

It looks like the video you are trying to upload is not compatible with our system. Either it contains a video codec that our system can't convert or an audio setting that we don't support. Also note that the minimum video size that we support is 320x240. If your video is smaller than that, you would need to convert it to a larger size prior to upload.

The good news is that you should be able to convert it to a format that our system does recognize fairly easily.
