Does anyone have any Suggestions for Photo Ops in Philadelphia?

We are headed that way this weekend and plan to take the camera!

Thanks,
Andy

Mannyunk (sp?) is a cool, hip little neighborhood in Philly. Lots of interesting people and shops along the main drag. Also, the Scookle (sp?) River is teeming with people and great landscapes.

Boathouse row, Old City, and Rittenhouse Square. While in Old City, be sure to hit up Elfreth's Alley. It's the nation's oldest neighborhood street. Also check out Christ Church, the church of many of our founding fathers (and where I got married :D). And Independence Hall. Did I mention I love Philadelphia? So much history.

And if you can, I would try and see a Philadelphia Orchestra concert in Verizon Hall. It's one of the most beautiful symphony halls in the country. I think they start selling $10 rush tickets at 5:00 p.m. the day of the concert. While there, go up to the garden on top of the hall. There's a glass ceiling and you can see a lot of downtown.

Have fun! I wish I could join you!

Oops! Look like I put this in the wrong place.

Thanks guys for the suggestions and tips. Some of these places I had never heard of and have looked up on the net. Hopefully, we can get around to some of these spots.
