Mighty nice car!
The composition of this shot is nice but there are a couple of things
that work against it. The first is the car is underexposed and the
sky is overexposed. One way to fix this is to expose more for the sky
and use a bit of fill flash. The fence running in the background also
detracts from what is otherwise a nicely composed shot.
If the location is still accessible to you, I would try a couple of things.
First, a bit of fill flash (I'd also try earlier in the morning or later in the
afternoon--depending on how the light is on location). To get rid of the
fence, tighten up the shot and maybe try a few different angles (the
angle in your shot is good).
The sleek line of the 300zx make it a nice subject. Look forward to
seeing a few more.

In addition to that, here are some things I'd also would try to experiment with.
1) too much of the current shot is dedicated to things other than the subject.
2) try a polarizer and eliminate some of the reflections in the car.
3) too many competing shapes and lines, as said the fence, the power lines, the curve of the mountain behind it, the vertical lines of the many flowers. They all comete for attention and take away from the car.

Thanks for the Critique guys... I'm sad to say that I cant go back to this location and re-shoot. Its now been paved over for some reason.
But I can now take you're help and use that in future shots.
And if you're looking for more pics of my Z, you'll find a few in my gallery.
Thanks again for your help, I hope you both have a nice week.

Some good feedback, all I can do is repeat what's already been said. The only decent light is on the butt of the car. Be better if the light fell on its flank, which is too dark.
XO's right, the background is distracting. Lovely, tho. Why not play with depth of field to soften it, make it pleasant but unobtrusive?
