Awaiting clarification from the help desk, but thought I might post here as well.
A friend and I are moving into a business venture. As part of this, we will need to serve video to users (often on a cell phone platform via QR codes). This video may contain x seconds of advertising at the opening.
Just want to make sure this is allowed via the terms of service; from what I read, it appears to be.
Here specifically is a use case I believe is permitted by what I reviewed:
A smugmug pro user can upload video files in the supported formats that are viewed by his customers via computer or mobile device. That video can be embedded on a third site and can include third party advertising as long as it is within the acceptable length and size limits. The video presented will be selected for the viewer at an appropriate size for his device (mobile user vs. desktop).
Is this correct?
Also, what limitations should I be aware of?
Thanks in advance...
