I haven't had any complaints. Customers know up front that their print is being shipped directly from the lab. I've placed quite a few orders for myself directly from Bay Photo and can testify that their packaging is top notch. If you haven't seen it yet, you might consider the Pro Branding option.

How do your clients feel about getting the prints shipped from the source of printing rather than from your business address?

I ask this as I live in the Pacific Northwest and was wondering how the people that you have worked with feel about this. I feel kinda strange having a business in one state and then having the images processed and shipped from an out of state source.

You might also want to consider the new personal delivery option. This would have the prints sent to you, you can then present them to the customer in person however you want. http://www.smugmug.com/help/personal-delivery
