I have had two potential buyers in the past month report that they're unable to get an image to show up in their shopping cart. I asked both which browser they're using, and haven't heard back from either yet. I'll update if I get more info. Both are frustrated. Both resulted in lost sales. :(
I have had sales go through during this time, so whatever it is, it isn't completely broken. Is there a known problem with a particular browser that I can advise people to stay away from? Any other troubleshooting tips? I advised that the first contact the help desk, but she apparently didn't want it quite that badly. :/ The second is a friend, so I expect to hear back with more info.
