This woman wants to have her doctors license revoked because he told her the truth. She is obese and needs to loose weight before it kills her. As unpleasant as that is to hear, he was not calling her fat, making fun of her, or demeaning her. He was doing his job as a doctor and trying to help her be healthy.

I am still in disbelief over this story. There has to be more to it. What state medical board is going to investigate a doctor because he called his patient obese? I'm sure these medical boards get hundreds of complaints weekly. Most of the absurd ones are probably just thrown out.

This story just does not add up!

I've called some of my patients "crazy" for smoking. I'd better watch out that the state of Florida doesn't pull my license.:rolleyes
