met my new niece and nephew for the 1st time last weekend. they ( parents ) insited that i didnt use any flash, on the baby. the room was kinda darkish and there were only a few lights ( top hats ) in the room. they are from Brazil and dont speak any english. first time in American and were very shy... but this is my new niece Kimberly ( the father is a jets fan ) .... I wsant looking for "studio shots" just some good keepers...

Hey Troy Jet fans all the way from Brazil? How cool. Great set of shots of your beautiful family. Are you a Jets fan too? I have season tickets and I have a feeling I won't be able to use all of them this year..

Good shots with the low light situations. You are deffinatley getting the hang of that lense.

Instant relatives eh. Hmm I didn't realize those "just add water" kits had gotten so advanced :D

dont get me wrong but I hate football!!! I hate cars and football, always have... My brother-in-law is actually from Brooklyn, but met his wife in Brazil.... took forever to get back to the US!

They are all nice - but I love the last one - the slightly oof smiling baby in the background, the babys hand under the chin - very very cool
