View Full Version : UserVoice Login taking me to my SmugMug homepage

I wanted to vote on something in UserVoice, but am unable to log-in. The "log-in" link takes me to my own SmugMug homepage, to which I'm already logged in, rather than to a log-in. I tried clicking on several different places on UserVoice where I should be able to log-in, but they all do the same thing. I haven't been on here or UserVoice in a long time, but I've never seen that problem before.

We're working on getting Single Sign on going, so folks can just use their SmugMug login credentials for our feedback system.
Seems like a glitch, we'll get it fixed.

Thanks! I hope the other thing you're working on will work soon too; that sounds good. One thing that would help people for now, if they don't have UserVoice bookmarked yet or have just found out about it: The link shown under "How to file a Feature Request" isn't a real link. I mean, you can't just click on it and end up on UserVoice as you should. That should be fixed, and it has to be fixed by an Admin cuz that thread is closed. It's also hard to find that in the first place. I feel it should be on all the SmugMug forums in a prominent place on each.... right now you kinda have to dig for it.
