I like it also, The rays are what make it special for me. Sometimes that B.O.B. can make a photo spectacular and other times it can ruin it. Its always nice to get the good ones.

Where in LA was this taken? My wife and I are leaving this Saturday to visit some family and I am hoping to be able to take lots of photos. If you have any ideas for photo spots I would appreciate it.

I know this is short notice and I should have posted something earlier but I never seem to have as much time as I would like.

it was taken above JPL in pasadena in the San Gabriel mountain. as for spot to shhot picture, you have the all San Gabriel moutain range, which is gorgeous in the morning. You could cruse on Highway 2 up to the mountain. it take you all the way to mount wilson observatory and wrightwood. On mount wilson you can see the all entire LA Basin.
