I have a 6 x 12 image that can [and has been] upsized to 12 x 24 -- I now need to print the larger [with some border around it] for a customer - I created a canvas [white] for that image to be 20 x 24 and 'ordered' it as a 16 x 24 - it looks fine if the Auto crop thing is applied = but terrible if the No crop thing is selected.

I don't want any cropping = I mainly want it printed out as is but when I do 'none' it ends up with white on both horizontal edges - which it shouldn't if I'm ordering it as 16x24 - I understand there will be white border top and bottom but don't expect the sides, but they're showing up. In other words, when I select no cropping it ends up with nice white border around all sides = and i'm not sure the image really is 12x24 as desired.

Also, can I change the printer to Bay for this photo only?

Link to the image please? :ear
No, you can't set an image to print at a specific lab - only the gallery.

Sorry about that:

I don't mind switching the gallery to Bay...just not sure how to go about that.

I don't see it in your gallery with a white border around it fully.
To change to Bay, go to tools>this gallery>set prices and change to Bay. And make sure you set portfolio (ideal) or gallery pricing for Bay!

The one in my gallery was the 16x24 canvas, the link was to the 12x24 original image. But I'll go to Bay and see how it works there. Thanks.
