some files dont open ??

just took some pics, there are three folders on the flash card. all were taken in raw. two of the folders all pics open in photoshop cs. in one folder ( everything looks identical to the others ) when i try to open the files i get a message that says not the right kind of document. they are no different ( i think ) from any others.. what gives??

does this help? i might have used the rebel xt for the 1st folder and the canon 20d on the others.... :dunno
