Having trouble uploading .wmv file to smugmug

Hi all,

I am a newbie at this and am learning slowly about smugmug. I have 2 videos that I wanted to import into a gallery - they are both .wmv files and both relatively the same size. One of them (the slightly larger one actually) uploaded with no problem. The other one simply won't upload. I have tried doing it from several different methods (directly from my computer, from Picasa) - nothing.

I get the 'processing image' sign for a few minutes then it tells me there is nothing in that gallery to see.

Any suggestions?

hi. im having the same issue.
went to load a pair of .wmv files. used the drag and drop loader, the upload to Smugmug app which i downloaded, and the Microsoft Live Movie maker plug in.
all 4 showed it uploaded, but then nothing showed in the video gallery.
the site is 911flatnose.smugmug.com the gallery is called, video.

i think it might be a WMV issue, ? or size issue?
ive seen this a few times with a few different files i've tried.
