Do our clients have accounts to order photos?

Do they need a specific password and email addy to order a second time?
I never heard of that before... :dunno


I just got this email:

Hi Heather, I am trying to order pictures of Austin and Jess but I can’t remember my email and password. When I put either of my email addresses in it says it doesn’t have it in the system. Thanks for your help.

no, they only need that info if they want to look at their last order. They just go to your gallery and order anew, no account needed. They can also write our Support Heroes (http://www.smugmug.com/help/emailreal) if they have questions.
