When logged in you can see the Photo Tools dropdown below your pics, but it's too narrow. When you open up the list, most of the items are truncated. It only goes about as wide as halfway through the g in the "Custom Pro Pricing" option near the top.
Opera chops off in the same place.
Firefox is a bit better, but still chops off some. I see an option called "Edit Captions/Keyword (bu"
The Gallery Tools dropdown that's next to it is good in all three browsers.
